Sounds like you've some varied interests. Thats good! Concentration issues come and go for me as well, even today, and I've been a practicing witch for nigh on 2 decades now. I find that taking time out each day, be it just before bed, or just after waking, or anytime in between, and consciously letting the worries of the day slip away can help. Generally I find a few minutes after I get home from work to sit in a quiet place and lightly meditate. It relaxes me and my mind enough to decide what is most important, and to focus myself.
