ICE SPELL
Uses: To slow down a situation
To reflect and contain negativity
Protective/Warding
Need: A token (or) words written on paper
Water
Freezable Container
Place the token in your container. As you pour the water over and into the container, recite the spell to direct and focus your will into the water. Once is enough, but if you can pour it slow enough to get through the words thrice, so much the better. Then place the containter in the freezer.

As water frozen holds you still

Water, clear, reflecting bright
Lets not your darkness into sight
Light and Love are all we see

As the water freezes, so does your spell "harden". The icy surface halts negativity and also serves to reflect it away.
Once frozen, keep it in your freezer until you feel the issue is over, then give it to the earth.
