this is a seven day ritual

items needed.
tools,cauldron,knife,mortar and pedestal,triangle paper,
incense charcols.altar or table that will be left undisturbed for the
seven days.meditaion music of choice if needed.sachet pouch
or square of gause or felt cloth and a rubber band

incense of choice

cinnamon or lavendar oil

10 herbs needed

buttons/for infussion

DAY ONE

play your music,clear your sacred space and ground as usual
light incense

take your candle if not a seven knob,score the candle at six
even levels.take chosen oil and anoint and charge candle
from center out ,than again from center out.focus on positive
mental health as you do so,dispell all negative thoughts

next begin to grind your tansy in the mp chant

"i gather you buttons my herb of venus and the element water
bring health to my mind and body".(you will not need this to
be as ground as the other herbs)

now light the candle
keep the morter in your hands run your fingers through
the herb as you concentrate now on your muladhara chakra.
a red sphere at the base of your spine,make sure it
is spinning in a desoil direction if not force it to invision
the color becomming vibrant .growing to engulf your whole
body hold the vision while running your fingers through
the morter enchant your herbs.now decrease the sphere
back to its original size but keep the now more vibrant red.
now meditate till the knob burns down on positive thoughts
than once the candle has reached the second level clap
it out.put tansy in a sealed glass bottle on altar till needed

DAY TWO

play your music,clear your sacred space and ground as usual
light incense

next begin to grind your sticadore,pine,and budiana(you may
pregrind some star )in the mp chant

"i gather you sticadore my herb of mercury and element air
bring peace ,happiness ,and harmony to my body and mind."

"i gather you budiana my herb of moon and the element air
bring power to these my words to heal my body and mind."

"i gather you pine my herb of mars and the element air
bring healing to my body and mind

now light the candle
keep the morter in your hands run your fingers through
the herb as you concentrate now on your svadhishthana
chakra. a orange sphere above genital area, at ovaries
or testiclesne,make sure it is spinning in a desoil direction if
not force it to invision the color becomming vibrant
growing to engulf your whole body
hold the vision while running your fingers through
the morter enchant your herbs.now decrease the sphere
back to its original size but keep the now more vibrant orange.
now meditate till the knob burns down on positive thoughts
than once the candle has reached the third level clap
it out.put your trio of herbs in a sealed glass bottle on altar till
needed.


DAY THREE

play your music,clear your sacred space and ground as usual
light incense

next begin to grind your sweetwood,burnett,and whopala
in the mp chant

"i gather you sweetwood my herb of the sun and the element fire
bring healing and strength to my spirituality in that of my body and mind."

"i gather you burnett my herb of the element of fire my herb of choice

choice to drive depression and dispare from my body and mind, ."

"i gather you whopala my herb of jupiter and the element fire
maintain healing to my body and mind."

now light the candle
keep the morter in your hands run your fingers through
the herb as you concentrate now on your manipura chakra
chakra. a yellow sphere near the naval,make sure it is
spinning in a desoil direction if not force it to invision the
color becomming vibrant growing to engulf your whole body
hold the vision while running your fingers through
the morter enchant your herbs.now decrease the sphere
back to its original size but keep the now more vibrant yellow.
now meditate till the knob burns down on positive thoughts
than once the candle has reached the fourth level clap

to strengthen my purpose to heal body and mind, ."

"i gather you lastly witches herb of mars and the element fire
to promote and maintain selflove to heal body and mind."

now light the candle
keep the morter in your hands run your fingers through
the herb as you concentrate now on your anahata
chakra. a green sphere at the center of the chest,make sure it is
spinning in a desoil direction if not force it to invision the
color becomming vibrant growing to engulf your whole body
hold the vision while running your fingers through
the morter enchant your herbs.now decrease the sphere
back to its original size but keep the now more vibrant green.
now meditate till the knob burns down on positive thoughts
than once the candle has reached the fith level clap
it out.put your trio of herbs in a sealed glass bottle on altar till
needed.

DAY FIVE
make a infusion with the tansy
2/3 ounces herb/i pint water/steep 20 min set aside

play your music,clear your sacred space and ground as usual
light incense

next begin to combine the last three glass bottles
contents in a clean cauldron chant.add 9 drops of chosen oil

"i gather and join these herbs of nine by the power of 3 x 3
heal body and mind blessed be."

now light the candle
keep the cauldron of herbs in your hands run your fingers through
the herb as you concentrate now on your vishuddha
chakra. a light blue sphere at the center of the throat,make sure it is
spinning in a desoil direction if not force it to invision the
color becomming vibrant growing to engulf your whole body
hold the vision while running your fingers through
the morter enchant your herbs.now decrease the sphere
back to its original size but keep the now more vibrant light blue.

take your pouch or cloth and add 9 pinches of herb
and 9 drops of your chosen oil bind the pouch.now drink 1/4
cup of your infusion feel the healing liquid enter your body.
meditate on positive thoughts while you do so and continue till the
knob burns down once the candle has reached the sixth level clap
it out.put your mixture of herbs in a sealed glass bottle or your
sealed cauldron on altar till needed.leave sachet on altar as well
drink 1/4 cup the mixture 2 more times throughout the day(DO NOT
DRINK ANY MORE ,OR FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS)

DAY SIX


make a infusion with the tansy
2/3 ounces herb/i pint water/steep 20 min

play your music,clear your sacred space and ground as usual
light incense

write on your trianguler paper all the negitive thoughts you have
had and all you want to release be honest.place on your altar
place 9 pinches of your herb mixter on your paper chant

"i gather and join these herbs of nine by the power of 3 x 3
heal body and mind blessed be."

light the candle

gather up the paper and twist it closed focus on releasing your
dipair and pain and all you have writen as you start to concentrate now on

your ajna chakra.
a indigo blue sphere between your eyes on your brow ,make sure it is
spinning in a desoil direction if not force it to invision the
color becomming vibrant growing to engulf your whole body
hold the vision while running your fingers through
the morter enchant your herbs.now decrease the sphere
back to its original size but keep the now more vibrant indigo blue.

now drink 1/4 cup of your infusion feel the healing liquid enter your body.
meditate on positive thoughts while you do so and continue till the
knob burns down once the candle has reached the seventh level clap
it out.put your mixture of herbs in a sealed glass bottle or your
sealed cauldron on altar till needed.leave sachet and the paper wrapped
herbs on altar as well.drink 1/4 cup the mixture 2 more times throughout the

day(DO NOT DRINK ANY MORE ,OR FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS)

DAY SEVEN

make a infusion with the tansy
2/3 ounces herb/i pint water/steep 20 min

play your music,clear your sacred space and ground as usual
light charcoal

have a small candle or flame in your cauldron
to burn with

place a tiny pinch of your mixture on the charcoal
chant
"nine herbs in thy cauldron by the power of 3x3
heal me body and mind blessed be."


light the candle

again gather up the paper and twist it closed focus on releasing your
dispair and pain and all you have writen .place it back on the altar

now pick up your sachet concentrate on positive thoughts.
as you start to concentrate now on your sahasrara chakra.
a purpleor white sphere at top & center of head ,make sure it is
spinning in a desoil direction if not force it to invision the
color becomming vibrant growing to engulf your whole body
hold the vision while holding your sachet enchant.now decrease
the sphere back to its original size but keep the now more vibrant
purple or white.place sachet on your altar.

now drink 1/4 cup of your infusion feel the healing liquid enter your body.
meditate on positive thoughts while you do so

next place the wrapped herbs in your cauldron and burn (do this out side
or in a well ventilated area, triangle may be small to burn faster)focus
on releasing the negatives.feel them leave you. continue till the
knob burns down completely .put your mixture of herbs in a sealed glass

bottle on altar till needed .burn incense when you feel depressed and
clear the chakras as shown you may do them all in one sitting .leave sachet

on altar as well and carry with you when you feel the need.

.drink 1/4 cup the mixture 2 more times throughout the day(DO NOT DRINK ANY

MORE ,OR FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS)

summerboi - another thing that helps with seasonal depression is getting full spectrum light bulbs. i believe you can get them at target. i would put them in the rooms you spend the most time in...

i think meditations(guided) to summery type places helps with seasonal depression...and i say guided since while in such a state it may be hard to think and focus on the places you want to travel but by being guided it takes pressure off

the above was designed by me for the specific depression raven found her self in its for more long term type funk...not that seasonal cant grow into such a
funk since it most certinly can but by putting together a smaller easier spell to be done periodicly through out the winter months one who knows they will have bouts can help avoid them the witches best tool is not the trappings but the mind they strengthen. ;D
