i was wondering if anyone here knew of anything for bug bites.
thanks from someone who actually becomes bug repellant to others when she hangs out with them. they all flock to me instead of biting them!

Are you looking for repellents or for what to use AFTer the bites?
Afterwards, to stop infection and itching, you can use Lavender (neat) One drop on the affected area every 5 minutes up to 10 drops maximum. The Lavender's antiseptic qualities will keep them from becoming infected and turning into big red splotches. Don't rub it in. Let it soak in at its own rate.
Eucalyptus Oil can be used in the same manner for the same effect.
If you've been munched on profusely, as I also am prone to, then use 1 cup of Cider Vinegar (or juice from two lemons) with 10 drops of Lavender and 5 or Thyme. Put the mixture in a bath and swish it around for maximum mix. Then after the bath apply the Lavender drops (neat) as above.
For repellent, use a spray with lemongrass, Thyme, Lavender, Peppermint. Combinations of these should work well.
